The staff were incredibly attentive, helping us with private boat rides and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The steep staircase to the glamping pods was challenging to navigate, especially for those with mobility issues, which could deter some guests from enjoying their experience fully.

We loved the amazing view from our jacuzzi and enjoyed a delicious breakfast with fresh coffee. However, the stairs to our cabana were quite steep! I'd definitely come back.

The glamping units provided a stunning view of the lake.
Our experience was marred by unexpected challenges. We were not informed about the steep staircase leading to our accommodation, which can be a significant issue for guests with mobility issues. It was also irritating to find that the boat service stops too early for those wanting to enjoy the nightlife in town. The noise from the nearby bars was relentless, making it hard to enjoy the peaceful getaway we were looking for.

Everything! ! The glamping pods are perfectly set up all facing the rock. The breakfast was amazing, and the clubhouse is stunning with excellent cocktails. The guy running the show is incredible, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The private outdoor spa was a nice touch after exploring Guatapé!
Brutal steps to climb.

Staying in the suite with a hot tub provided stunning views of the lake and the iconic rock, perfect for a relaxing evening. The generous breakfast and the attentive staff made for a memorable experience, especially with quick boat rides at our convenience. However, the steep staircase was a challenge, and the boat service stopping early limited our night outings too soon.

The room service was a delightful surprise, making it easy for us to unwind after a fun day in Guatapé with our family of six.
For dads, it would be great if more kid-friendly activities were accessible on-site.
